Schizophrenia should not be a label for the patient, hhe can live a normal life. See how this can be done.

Learn more about this tough disease, but which can
be mastered with the right medicines. In the lower lines you will get detailed information about the symptoms of schizophrenia .

Symptoms of the disease are extremely varied. It affects most of the spheres of mental activity. Thinking disorders are especially common. The sick (though not all) develops a rupture of thoughts and disintegration of the normal integration of the person’s consciousness or the psychological functioning that the patient can not explain.

There is a psychic process that breaks the individual spheres of the psyche . This is called dissociation and occurs after trauma and allows the person to cope easily with it. Dissociative breakdowns can affect every aspect of personal functioning. Some dissociative breakdowns can cause amnesia and experience anxiety. This can get the patient out of balance.

Dissociation is often a finishing mechanism for survivors of trauma. Schizophrenia means torn soul. Typical thinking is related to the emotions of the patient, which is detached from reality and is directed towards the inner world, unproductive and intense, and ideas that the patient considers to be, and they are not.

These ideas are most often from the paranoid circle: persecution, attitude and influence. They are rarely found to be grandiose, including an invention of great origin, and these people also have a particularly pronounced impairment of the sense of justice, perseverance, and do not endure any lesson.

They are fighting for the assertion of their point of view. They can be fanatical, s

tubborn, powerful and implacable. They are easily offended and react sensitively. For them the right of others does not mean anything, unlike theirs. Usually they are less interested in material retribution than in “getting their rights.” These people are depressed . They deny everything and have unjustifiable skepticism as well as erotic ideas.

On the part of the thought process, there are still illogical answers, symbolism, forcible insertion or thought-taking. There is also a break in thought, an influx of thoughts, sounding and reading thoughts, fantasizing, and philosophizing. To the world around them the sick have a corresponding and delusional orientation. There are still more symptoms of wrong perception of the world and the division of the self. The patient believes that the actions do not belong to him, and this is known as the Kandinsky-Klemming syndrome.

These violent inciting, reading, surrender, stealing, and infusion of thought, an echo of thought are revealed. The person may have the feeling that some are talking to him, and in fact, this is not the case, as do various violent feelings. Man may have particularly unpleasant, painful sensations induced from outside such as throbbing, pressure, sexual arousal, spitting, urge to urinate, defecation. Typical are sense scams for taste, smell and touch.

In the kinetic psychiatric automatism, the patients complain that their movements and actions do not belong but are the result of foreign influences and do not depend on their will. For example, their arms and legs move automatically, their heads turn and their lips speak different expressions / re-engineered pseudo-hallucinations.

This syndrome also refers to sinful judgments about dual experiences (there are one or more people totally similar to the sick / and also wrong judgments, to master, true hallucinations, and a number of others. This syndrome is also called hallucinatory-paranoid. Sometimes in this way schizophrenia occurs.

There are various ailments of disorder : quality disorders, reduction of volitional tendencies and initiative, negativity. The motoric disorder manifests itself as excitement and a catatonic stupor, in which the patient “stays” in one posture without being able to move. Along with the catatonic stupor, a variety of symptoms develop. The patient’s body gets unusual flexibility, the air cushion, the person is embarrassed, the body can embrace embryonic posture, mechanical pronouncement of sentences or words, without understanding the meaning. / RTI & gt;

On the side of the benevolent sphere, different auditory hallucinations are found, among which the verbal predominates with unpleasant content, commented on the patient’s behavior or ordered character. Here are the various pseudo-hallucinations. True visual hallucinations and pseudo-hallucinations are rarely found. They occur mainly in children and also before falling asleep (hypnosis). Tactical hallucinations are more common than olfactory and taste.

The abovementioned violations are manifested in the oral and written speech of the patient, as well as in the possible literary and artistic work. Some of the patients speak in a particularly manic manner words, use illogical sentences, gesticulate, responding to the voices. There is an encounter and arousing excitement, rupture, reaching a “verbal salad” and others.

As a rule, the handwriting is unchanged, but sometimes there are various misinterpretations – symbol service, character spells, use of many amazing, question marks, punctuation, comma, creation of own alphabet and so on. My acquaintance diagnosed schizophrenia.

She visited a psychiatrist and completely controlled the disease. Find a solution to your emotional disorders. Besides drugs, she also went to a psychotherapist who helped her cope better with day-to-day activities and life crises.

Constant emotional disturbances have diminished. She regained sympathy and affection for relatives who were missing before. Overcome alienation. Emotions have regained their normal intensity. It overcame the burst, the unmotivated blasts of affects and the emotional response and the occasion for its emergence, as well as the over-understanding of the non-verbal signals of others. Before I began to heal, my acquaintance was overcome by apathy, which after a few months of treatment had disappeared.

The most important thing that has happened was the treatment of the main symptoms of schizophrenia, which are the various disorders of thinking, emotions and personality. Symptoms are sometimes typical mental disorders and memory is not detected.

Even in longer-term illnesses when the patient appears to be weak at first glance, it sometimes appears that he may amaze us with his witty remarks. Here is more characteristic the impossibility to accumulate new knowledge and the inability to use previously acquired.

Relatively more frequent are disturbances in infancy. There are perversions in the nutritional instinct / use of non-preventive substances such as finger, chalk, stools, urine, swallowing glass pieces, nails / and sex / onanism, homosexuality, but more noticeable is its rapid weight loss.

In some cases there is a loss or perversion of the self-preservation instinct, namely the propensity to self-indulgence, the cutting of parts of the body, suicidal tendencies and others.

In schizophrenic patients , various somatic complaints, peripheral nervous system disorders, neurological symptoms, endocrine disorders, etc. may occur, but they are not all characteristic.

In general, the course of schizophrenia can be traced to three stages, but we pay attention to the first:

  1. Beginning , which may appear as an acute start – a sudden sudden start with confusion, motor and speech excitement, fearful tension, a vitality threat, misconceptions; suborous onset – a beginning with neuroticism, unjustified fear for one’s own health.
  2. Stage of complete development of psychosis – it displays its full variety of symptoms.
  3. Output stages – it can be defined as remission, residual stages, schizophrenic defect, etc.

Initial stages

Its perception is particularly important for early diagnosis, but unfortunately it is very difficult because of its non-specificity and its slow, unnecessary sneezing. An important milestone is the time before the disease, the deviations of which may be the first signs of the onset of the disease. Often the initial changes are manifested by insufficient activity, weakness of contact with the surrounding, non-invasiveness, closeness, emotional coolness, inability to sustain continuous tension.

The patients complain of a feeling of fatigue, lack of strength, energy, lack of motivation to work. They increasingly prefer the states of passivity to active activity. At the same time, irritability and quirkiness can be observed, especially when trying to activate patients for some external reason.

The symptoms themselves are uncharacteristic, atypical, and rather they are an expression of general negative states. In schizophrenia, however, they still show some characteristics: the negative state is rare and occurs without any connection to another disease, which is the expression of the internal, diseased process.

Another important diagnostic feature of the initial stage of schizophrenia is the confusing emotional background. Most often he shows up with a state of depression, a sense of anxiety and sadness and, most importantly, the patient ceases to be interested in what was previously of particular significance to him. The patient turns more towards their inner experiences, throws away the teachings, the books, ceases to care about family life.

On the part of the internal organs, obstetric sensations can be observed, undetermined sensations, which are very varied and not always clearly formulated by the patients themselves. Usually they say that something is happening in their stomach that their gait has changed, that it is the same with the expression of the face, the color of the skin and that they are not the same at all.

In a number of cases, unpleasant emotional states are associated not so much with the pathological perception of one’s own body as with the altered perception of the surrounding world. Thus the perception of the surrounding person ceases to cause the emotions that are customary for the individual, the faces of the surrounding are becoming as gray, without expression, the views of nature – lacking in attractiveness. This is usually associated with the propensity of the sick to be secluded and strangled by the people.

In some cases, attacks of unreal fears occur without any occasion, often at night. Fear of fear may arise in some association or in some bright fantasy.

In the early stage, a number of somatic disorders may also occur: headache, slight increase in temperature, sweating, blue-colored color of the extremities of the body – fingers and toes, ears, nose, lips. Also Weight Loss, Sleep Disorders.

The phenomena of early schizophrenia can also be attributed to unexpected, acute or slow changes in character. The character is among the most persistent properties of the psyche that are formed in the early years of man’s life. A sudden change in character should always direct us to a possible “unlocking” of schizophrenia.

Although schizophrenia is a startling disease, it should be remembered that specialist help should be sought. The patient will not cure the disease if not taken.
